New York Orthopedic Foot and Ankle Surgeon Receives Promotion

Dr. David S. He went on to perform his Fellowship Training in Orthopedic Trauma and Reconstructive Surgery of the Foot and Ankle at the Harborview Medical Center University of Washington Medical Center in Seattle.
