The Thailand Privilege Visa is a government-backed long-term residency program operated by TPC under the Ministry of Tourism and Sports, offering five membership tiers ranging from 5 to 20 or more years at membership fees between 650,000 THB and 5,000,000 THB. Members receive a multiple-entry Privilege Entry Visa, VIP airport services including Elite Personal Assistant services and lounge access, government concierge support, and lifestyle privileges spanning travel, leisure, health, and wellness.

The enhanced framework follows a five-step process covering preliminary document verification at application submission, criminal record checks in coordination with the relevant security agencies, final approval only after all checks are fully cleared by every agency, visa issuance through designated channels, and ongoing compliance monitoring throughout the member's residency. For family applicants, legal proof of relationship, including marriage certificates and birth certificates, is mandatory at the submission stage.
