DenadaDance based in Minden, NV, has launched a new product, which is a trigger finger splint alternative. The company says that the finger protector is designed to be an alternative to conventional finger splints, to help prevent surgery or to help with pain relief after surgery.
Elena Vera of DenadaDance says, "Our trigger finger splint alternative is specifically designed to give maximum benefit to the wearer." She explains that the finger protector can be worn for hammer toes as well as corns, blisters, and general sore and stiff fingers and toes.
The finger toe is constructed of ribbed material, with a gel lining, that the company states works to help alleviate pain, particularly from sore toes or fingers rubbing together. It can be worn under shoes as a toe separator.
"Pain in the fingers and toes can be a serious thing," Vera states. "It can hurt as much as a toothache, which causes you to lose focus and generally just not be able to go about your daily tasks as you should. Our goal is to provide something that helps people to bypass this pain, and something that works for finger and toe protection to help avoid additional injury, and potentially avoid costly surgery."
The company states that they have designed the finger/toe protector in adjustable lengths to fit virtually everyone who needs it. The silicone lined tubes can be cut to the needed length and stretched to accommodate larger fingers or toes. The width is one inch, but can be adjusted by stretching to fit a much wider digit. The length of the tube when shipped is four inches, and the company states that this is long enough for most consumers to get more than one sleeve when they cut it to size.
The sleeves offer high elasticity so that consumers can use the product again and again. Elena Vera states that it will snap back into place, and that it can comfortably be worn under any type of shoe or gloves for those who need it.
