Tisha’s Choices is happy to announce that they are teaming up with the Unstoppable Foundation by making contributions to and through them to help build schools and provide clean water sources to villages in the Masai Mara of Kenya. This work to date affects 45,000 families. Unstoppable has been doing this work for several years, building wells and schools with great success, and now the number of villages where the women no longer have to walk many hours each day just to get water for their families is growing substantially. Additionally, the schools built to increase education opportunities have introduced the children to formal teaching practices, and the kids actually run to school enthusiastic and eager to learn.
Tisha’s Choices has joined the stream of organizations supporting this movement by adding Unstoppable to the list of groups that receive funding from the sales of their products at their online store as well as on Amazon.
Spokesperson for Tisha’s Choices, Jillian Gregg, states, “The entire crew of Tisha’s Choices is planning to join the Unstoppable group in Africa next year when they make their annual visit to the Masai. We want to see firsthand what these contributions are accomplishing, and we want to spend our time personally working on the projects.
