Escape Harassment Helps People Find A Contract Loophole

Escape Harassment, an organization in Lewes, DE, has launched information packages to help people avoid contract and tax infringement. Specifically, they aim to help people by educating them on these issues, thereby enabling them to avoid going to court or losing in court. The information packages have been found to be popular.

David deRiemer from Escape Harassment says: "The American people think they live in a Constitutional Republic, the Land of the Free, Home of the Brave. They are brainwashed/indoctrinated (education by omission) into Democracy (mob rule), by the government's education, government churches, and government-controlled media. What actually exists today is rule by corporations. We aim to educate people on this, so that they can see what is really out there and use it to their advantage."

Escape Harassment was established when a number of private business owners got together to research the first oil shortage, which they refer to as the "phony oil shortage". This was the Arab Oil Embargo of 1972. The group started this because of the fact that they were unable to run at an appreciable taxable profit because of audits and rising material prices. Frequently accused of tax infringement, they decided to look deeper into what was really going on and how to improve their situation.

Through years of research, the group developed three home study courses, as well as a range of educational information packages to help others in similar situations to them. Since then, they have continued to study and research, sharing information with each other and becoming increasingly aware of what they call state policy enforcement, which they refer to as harassment. They continue this work today, providing advice, information, guidance, and education to others on how to find the contract loophole.

Those who have used the information packages have done so for a range of different reasons, including contract infringement, and have been very positive about the results. "For 34 years (since 1972) the B.A.R., Lawyer-Judge Corporation known as I.R.S., has been attempting to 'trick' me into traversing (responding) to their contacts (offers/presentments of contract) by mail/U.S. Postal Service, Inc.," says one person on their website. "I haven't 'filed' since 1972 because none of my private property earning/labor is 'income'. 'Income = corporate gain/profit'."
