Donna Kozik’s new publication, “Book Your Cruise: Write Your Book,” shows want-to-be authors how to write a book while cruising the high seas. In the second part of the book, Kozik focuses on the actual aspects of writing while on a cruise.
“Writing while on a cruise may sound like work to some people, but for want-to-be authors it can be fun and productive,” said Kozik. “There are hours and hours to relax and write a book while being taken care of by the ship’s staff.”
She says it’s all about preparation and mindset to write while on board a ship. To help get properly prepared to write while on a cruise, Kozik suggest an aspiring author:
* Pack the proper writing tools. This includes a laptop, favorite pen and notebook.
* Visualize oneself in action. In other words, focused on writing while on board.
* Let any cruising mates know what’s the goal is so they can support one's writing efforts.
