VSA, Inc. is pleased to formally announce the promotion of one of their employees, Mark Simmons, from Team Lead to Program Manager.
“VSA is in a period of rapid growth,” says Valerie Schlitt, owner and founder of VSA, Inc. “When I first hired Mark back in September, I was hopeful that he would be someone I could promote quickly, due to his background in management. Mark has not only met my expectations, he has exceeded them and I couldn’t be more thrilled to have him on board.”
Prior to working at VSA, Mr. Simmons owned and operated a walking tour company based in Philadelphia, P.A. The skill sets he acquired there translated well into his management roles at VSA, Inc., first as Team Lead and now as Program Manager.
“While we could tell right away that Mark would be a great fit as a Program Manager, we still hired him as a Client Associate first, which is the position title for our callers,” says Maureen Tucker, Director of Program Management at VSA, Inc. “This is typically what we do with all new hires because it is essential for Program Managers to have first-hand calling experience in order to properly manage calling campaigns for our clients, as well as their team of callers.”
VSA, Inc. is a B2B call center that runs telemarketing, lead generation and appointment setting campaigns for their clients. In the past year, VSA has seen enormous growth, doubling the size of its staff.
