Haddon Township, N.J. – VSA Inc. is happy to announce that Founder/President, Valerie Schlitt, is the new Sponsorship Chair for the Philadelphia chapter of The American Association of Inside Sales Professionals (AA-ISP).
A member of AA-ISP since 2015, Ms. Schlitt couldn’t speak more highly of the organization. “Joining AA-ISP was one of the best decisions I ever made for my business,” Ms. Schlitt remarks. “If you want to stay on top of the latest trends and know-how for the inside sales industry, then being a part of this organization is a must.”
Ms. Schlitt joined the AA-ISP Philadelphia board in January 2016. Recently, she participated in an interactive panel discussion for the chapter where she spoke on the topic of how to recruit the right talent and build the right culture to create a high-performing inside sales team.
Ms. Schlitt is not only active on the local level, but also on the national level. For the past 2 years she has attended the organization’s yearly Leadership Summit. In April of this year, VSA is stepping up its game by bringing two other team members to the event: Michele Plunkett, VP of Operations and Kerry Dougherty, Director of Associate Development and Program Manager.
“I couldn’t be more excited about attending the Leadership Summit in April,” says Kerry Dougherty. “As the person most involved in hiring and coaching our business development representatives, it is invaluable for me to learn from the best of the best in this arena.
