Real Estate Investors Phill Grove and Shenoah Grove Mobilize Community To Serve Their State

Phill Grove and Shenoah Grove, along with a contingency of their Big Dog real estate investor students and community members, have laid the foundation for a 2018, focused not just on training successful investors, but also in making a huge impact to their state, by organizing events, raising money, and mobilizing people to serve in the cities where they operate. Their focus will be on the Austin, TX area in particular.

Shenoah Grove states: "We are focusing on serving our community in the areas of disaster relief, providing basic needs like shelter, and also spending some time fighting for our industry on the legislative side. Last year, our students and community really rallied for some causes near and dear to our heart and we are excited for what we will do in 2018."

In August 2017, Phill and Shenoah led the 'Big Dog Habitat for Humanity Build Day', where they organized 15 investors who volunteered to help build a house for the Duran family in Austin. They also donated an extra $3,000 to become a Team Habitat Sponsorship.

To help the families affected by Hurricane Harvey, they organized the Big Dog Hurricane Harvey Relief Effort, where they raised $26,000 to assist 17 families affected by the hurricane and organized 40 investors to visit the Houston families and help with the remediation of their homes. Shenoah also called on her center of influence to help out in any way they could. One of those experts that she called on was Ryan Lancon, an insurance adjuster who helped the families with their insurance claims and also participated in a free informational phone call.

Phill Grove, Shenoah's husband and business partner, said: "It's amazing to see our community members grow professionally and do real estate deals together, but nothing compares to teaming up this way to help those in need. Expect to see a lot more of this in 2018 from our community."

Phill and Shenoah Grove are respected throughout Austin and beyond for the amazing work that they do in furthering the community as a whole. It looks like 2018 will be a very exciting year for the community.
