Panama City, FL- The Red Cross and the Disaster Response Team, a leading Panama City damage restoration, is hosting a charity put-put golf event. The event called the “Red Cross Cup” is to raise awareness and all proceeds will go to natural disaster relief.
Teams of four can sign up for only $100, and complimentary food and beer will be provided on the course once someone signs up. The Red Cross Cup will provide a great golfing course and a range of sponsorship opportunities for businesses. This family-friendly event invites people to kick-off the weekend with an afternoon of mini-golf, prizes, food, and fun. There will be an after party following the event starting at 5 PM at Montego Bay 473 N.
Disaster Response Team owner Mark Broersma said, “I am very excited to team up with the Red Cross and host this event. It is not only something fun that everyone can join, but it is also making a difference for all those affected by the natural disasters.”
This event will be held on February 16th at the Emerald Falls Family Recreational Center. The Panama City emergency response team is very excited to see everyone come out and feel like a professional golfer. Teams can sign up now and there are many sponsorship packages to pick from. For a $5000 donation, teams can pick the Ace Sponsorship. This will include a table for on-site handouts and promotional materials, a lead sponsor logo placement on all publicity materials, a lead newsletter and a personalized tee with the companies logo/artwork.
“I know this is going be an outstanding event,” Broersma said. “Everyone is bound to have a great time and it is all for a great cause.”
