“Sellers accepted an offer while listed as coming soon on 12 homes. The average price for these homes is $1,323,417, while the average SF of these homes is 2,470 SF. The average price per square footage is $576.23,” Sandy reported, adding that all the offers made on these homes were over asking price.
Sandy also reported that as of this month, there are 39, 44 and 42 active listings in Santa Cruz, Capitola and Aptos, respectively. The average list price of homes in Santa Cruz is $1,138,351, a little above the $1,095,023 list price of homes in Capitola and below the $1,269,360 list price of homes in Aptos.
