Pensacola, FL. - The Personal Injury firm of Gross & Schuster proudly announces the celebration of 38 years of legal practice on the Florida Gulf Coast. Initially opening one office in Pensacola, Florida in 1981, the personal injury attorneys in Pensacola rapidly expanded their offices, opening more in Fort Walton Beach, Crestview, Milton, and Navarre.
"We love representing people in personal injury cases as these are the people that we all see in our everyday life," says partner Terence Gross. "Mr. Schuster and I are very fair people. We want our clients to get more than we would. We weren’t injured, they [client] were; so, we want them to walk away with more money in your pocket than the lawyers."
Terence Gross and Charles Schuster created the partnership to help individuals on the Gulf Coast that been injured in car accidents and other personal injury cases. The law firm specializes in cases dealing with animal attacks, maritime, premises liability, and car accidents.
"The law is such a unique perfection," says Tyler Gross, who is one of the Pensacola personal injury lawyers, "You usually are helping people out or representing them in a very difficult time, especially in personal injury law." Tyler goes on to say that, "People are coming to you after being severely injured in an automobile accident, premises liability case or a dog attack."
Terence Gross has handled thousands of automobile negligence cases and strives to obtain just compensation from insurance companies that are too reluctant to pay valid claims against their insureds. Mr. Schuster has been Board Certified as a specialist in Civil Trial Law by the Florida Bar since 1988 and has been certified as a Civil Trial Advocate by the National Board of Trial Advocacy since 1990. Marcus “Rhett” Gross has represented thousands of individuals and has recovered millions of dollars for his clients. In addition, Tyler Gross is a Pensacola native who was recently inducted into the Million Dollar Advocates Forum.
Marcus "Rhett” Gross states, "There are various factors that people need to look into when hiring an attorney. Obviously, experience comes into play, track history of cases, and types of cases that attorney is accustom to handling. I think availability is a huge thing in our practice; whereas, some lawyers are not reaching out to clients – contacting them – providing them with updates. Taking a personal approach to a case goes a long way when someone has been involved in a circumstance like that."
