Shani says that they are also taking steps to upgrade their website. The improved website will also have new features that will help people get in touch with them faster in the event they need towing or the other roadside services that this reputable towing company offers. This includes such things as a new quick callback form and their roadside assistance 800-number visibly posted at the top of every web page.

The owner says they are also using newer GPS technologies to help get to their customers faster. He says this will also allow them to track the progress of vehicles that are being towed. That way if they are being towed to a garage or service center, that repair company will know when to expect the vehicle to arrive. It will also assure their customers that their vehicle has been towed to the exact location they specified. This will even help insurance claims adjusters find that vehicle easier in the event the customer's vehicle has been damaged in an accident.

Shani also mentioned they are modernizing their fleet too in order to enhance their service. This includes expanded tow truck service due to the acquisition of new vehicles. He says this includes high-tech roll on-roll off flatbed tow trucks that are required when 4-wheel drive or all-wheel drive vehicles are being towed. These vehicles have transmissions and drive trains that can easily be damaged if they are towed with two wheels still on the ground. They also feature an assortment of different size tow-behind trucks that can haul the biggest or smallest size vehicles. That list includes motorcycles and large size RV’s.

The company owner was pleased to announce that they have expanded their roadside assistance services too. They now will deliver gas or diesel fuel to a customer if they have run out, jumpstart a vehicle or change out a battery, and winch an ATV out of a ditch. Shani says their polite and courteous drivers will even change a flat tire for a customer while keeping a smile on their face the whole time.
