Employment Center in Oxnard, CA Wins Franchisee of the Year Award

OXNARD, Calif. – The team at Express Employment Professionals attended the Express International Leadership Conference 2020 in Nashville, Tennessee from Feb. 19-22. The employment center in Oxnard, CA, is proud to announce they won the Franchisee of the Year Award during the yearly conference.

Neil McMillan, President and Owner of both the Thousand Oaks and Oxnard offices, won the IFA/Franchisee of the Year out of more than 800 Express offices throughout the USA, Canada and South Africa.

“I was completely shocked!” exclaimed Neil. The entire team was in an uproar as they cheered him on stage. The award was given to him on Feb. 20.
