A Local Staffing Solutions Company in Oxnard is Leading a Holiday Drive

Oxnard, Calif. - The Express Employment Professionals offices in Thousand Oaks and Oxnard are launching a Pay It Forward Holiday Hiring Drive from November 25th through December 20th, 2020. The local staffing solutions company will provide donations to the local Big Brothers Big Sisters of Ventura County, based on associate paychecks during this time frame.

For every associate who receives a paycheck with either the Oxnard or Thousand Oaks branch for the first time, local franchise owners Neil and Janet McMillan will give ten dollars to Big Brothers Big Sisters of Ventura County.

“We are glad to be able to provide jobs and support the local community through Pay It Forward,” said Neil McMillan. “Our goal is to provide job seekers with paychecks for the Holidays and in turn support a local non-profit.”

Big Brothers Big Sisters of America provides one-on-one mentorship opportunities to help build brighter futures for the youth in the community. A mentorship program matches kids from five to young adulthood with volunteers who invest in cultivating a long-lasting relationship that will have a lasting effect. The organization was established in New York in 1904 and quickly spread to neighborhoods all over the United States.
