CHARLOTTE, NC – Kim and Dick York became Amazon Bestselling Authors with their new book, “The Essential Guide To Charlotte Real Estate, Insights From Fourteen Local Experts.” The book, published by FA Media Group of Charlotte, reached Number 1 for “Real Estate Sales,” “Buying and Selling Homes,” and “Real Estate Investments” in Amazon’s Kindle Store. Kim and Dick York contributed a chapter on buying and selling properties in the Greater Northeast Charlotte area that includes Cabarrus County as well as Northeastern Charlotte and Mecklenburg County. The Greater Northeast Charlotte area, like most of the Charlotte region, has experienced large growth partly fueled by company relocations to the region. The University of North Carolina Charlotte campus is a major hub in Northeast Charlotte near the Cabarrus County line.
