CHARLOTTE, NC – Mike Waite has announced that he has become an Amazon Bestselling Author with his new book, “The Essential Guide To Charlotte Real Estate: Insights From Fourteen Local Experts.” The book, published by FA Media Group of Charlotte, reached Number 1 for “Real Estate Sales,” “Buying and Selling Homes,” and “Real Estate Investments” in Amazon’s Kindle Store. Waite, Executive Director of NARI of Greater Charlotte contributed a chapter on selecting remodeling and home services contractors. Remodeling activity in the Charlotte Metro area has expanded considerably over the past two or three years as the overall economy has improved and people continue moving into the area, buying homes.
