As a recent Boise State graduate, Mikey Castro brings new and innovative ideas to the company. Castro has created and implemented various entrepreneurial ventures, and his hunger and determination are some of the key contributors to his accomplishments. Mikey believes that his other passion as a dance choreographer is what has shaped and molded him.

His ability to learn and adapt to certain situations is admirable especially in fast-paced environments. Mikey's millennial mindset will push Adventure Marketing's abilities to adjust to newly introduced innovations and tools that will better the company as a whole.
