Lexington, Kentucky – In an attempt to improve the online customer service experience, Lexington Tree Experts earlier today shared that it had implemented strategies to enhance good email and website communication with homeowners.
“Apart from directly calling the company,” said Emmy Jessica, Lexington Tree Experts’ CEO, “website and email are the only other ways homeowners can contact the company from the comfort of their homes. Therefore, we found it essential to ensure that homeowners using the two means of communication receive the same attention as someone who calls or visits the company’s office.”
“For this reason,” continued Emmy Jessica, “Lexington Tree Experts has introduced a few techniques that will significantly improve communications with homeowners via the website and email.”

Emmy Jessica revealed that the first step taken by Lexington Tree Experts to make sure that email and website requests were received and responded to on time was to create a team responsible for checking and responding to the messages.
“The Lexington Tree Experts management team is always too busy to a point they lack time to log into the website and the email,” said Emmy Jessica. “This means that the requests made via the website and emails are often received quite late. Although none goes unserved, keeping them waiting has never been the best way to treat customers, so I am sorry on behalf of the whole Lexington Tree Experts team.”
“This, however, will not happen again as Lexington Tree Experts recently created a team responsible for checking and responding to any messages received via Email and Website,” said Emmy Jessica. “The new team has been instructed to be doing so after every 5 minutes. Moving forward, the highest time it will take to get a response via the web or email is only 5 minutes.”
Emmy Jessica also noted that Lexington Tree Experts had installed strong WIFIs to load website and email messages quickly.
“Sometimes all it takes is a bad internet connection to receive an email late,” said Emmy Jessica. “That has happened several times at Lexington Tree Experts. However, that won’t happen again from today as the company has installed high-quality WIFI, enabling quick online communication.”
According to Emmy Jessica, using email and the website to contact the company is the cheapest method of communication. She, however, insisted that homeowners make calls if the situation at hand is hard to elaborate via text.
“Compared to phone calls, sending a request via the website and email is way too cheap,” said Emmy Jessica. “The only disadvantage of using email and the website is that there might be some misunderstanding sometimes. Therefore, if a homeowner finds it hard to explain her concern via text, she should call the company to avoid misunderstanding.”
Emmy Jessica also noted that homeowners could make all tree care bookings via the website and emails. She also urged homeowners to leave their honest reviews after service.
“Like said earlier,” said Emmy Jessica, “all messages will be received and responded to immediately. Therefore, homeowners can even make emergency requests via the website and email and be sure to get the services on time.”
“Also,” added Emmy Jessica, “for internet users, after their experience with Lexington Tree Experts, the best thing they can do for other homeowners is to share their honest reviews via the company web page. The next customers will be better positioned to use the reviews and the company media room to determine if the company is worth trusting with their trees.”
