Tulsa, Oklahoma -
Tulsa, OK - Tulsa Tree Experts and local artists have teamed up to create a unique public art installation to promote environmental sustainability. The “Tree of Life” project was inspired by the importance of trees in the community and how they provide us with food, shelter, oxygen, and protection from the elements.
The installation consists of two large sculptural pieces from recycled tree trunks and branches. The centerpiece is a large tree trunk carved into a stylized tree with images of native birds and animals and symbols representing wind, sun, water, and earth. The second piece is a life-size sculpture of a woman standing in front of a tree, symbolizing the connection between humans and nature.
“Our team at Tulsa Tree Experts have always been passionate about helping preserve and protect our environment,” said Denise Matthews, CEO of Tulsa Tree Experts. “By partnering with talented local artists to create this unique public art installation, we hope to spread our message of environmental sustainability and inspire others to join us in our mission.”

The Tree of Life installation is part of an ongoing effort by Tulsa Tree Experts to raise awareness about the importance of trees. In addition to the art installation, they plan to host public educational events focusing on tree care and conservation and informational seminars on how best to plant and maintain trees on private property. They also plan to offer free planting services to low-income communities in Tulsa.
“At Tulsa Tree Experts, we believe that education is the best way to promote environmental sustainability,” said Matthews. “By offering educational opportunities and free planting services, we hope to empower people to take action and make a difference in their communities.”
The project is currently being installed in downtown Tulsa, with an official opening date yet to be announced. However, the Tulsa Tree Experts CEO confirms that the opening date will be posted on the company’s website as soon as possible.
