Exciting New Pottery and Painting Classes Debut in Wilmington, NC at Peace and Pottery

Peace and Pottery, a student-owned pottery studio, is happy to announce new and expanded offerings at their Wilmington, North Carolina location. This studio, owned by Brianna Torres, a 21-year-old student at the University of North Carolina Wilmington (UNCW), offers a range of classes and workshops that welcome pottery enthusiasts of all skill levels.

Among Peace and Pottery's popular Pottery Classes For Beginners is the "Beginner 90-Minute Wheel Class," perfect for those new to pottery. This class gives participants hands-on experience with wheel throwing and basic pottery techniques. It's priced at $60 for an hour and a half session.

Brianna Torres, the studio's owner and operator, expressed her vision: "I started Peace and Pottery to share my love for pottery with the community. I also believe in the therapeutic benefits of pottery, which is why I'm so passionate about teaching and creating a positive space for everyone."

The studio also features "Paint Your Own Pottery" sessions. These allow customers to choose from a variety of pre-made pottery pieces and paint them as they like. This can be a great way for both kids and adults to explore their artistic side. These sessions are $5 and last an hour.

For those interested in specialized techniques, Peace and Pottery offers the "Drippy Mug Workshop." Participants get to glaze their own drippy mug, a style that's both popular and visually appealing. This workshop is 90 minutes long and costs $55.
