Most recently, she directed a large-scale federal safety inspection initiative involving 65 facilities across multiple Midwestern states for the General Services Administration, a project completed ahead of schedule that resulted in additional inspection awards in other regions.

MacRitchie was named the 2025 Runner-Up for the Young Safety Professional Excellence Award through the Safety Standout Awards program.
