The Beach Street Inn Marks One Year as National Tourism Finalist

The Beach Street Inn has been named a finalist for the Small or Medium-Sized Business of the Year Award at the 2024 Canadian Tourism Awards, presented by the Tourism Industry Association of Canada (TIAC), having previously been a finalist in the same category in 2023. The back-to-back recognition places the 14-room boutique inn in St. Martins, New Brunswick, among the small-business-tier finalists at the national tourism programme in two consecutive years.

The inn's hospitality offer sits within a long-running family story on Beach Street. The Winkle family's connection to the location dates back to 1942, when Beth Winkle's grandfather Harry purchased five cottages overlooking the harbour, and the current trading identity of The Beach Street Inn has been in operation since 2021.
