Raritan Engineering, a business in Millville, NJ, has released a powerful new manual head. Installing this is a simple retrofit. Most boat owners would agree that the more efficient a manual marine toilet can be, the better for them. The new PH SuperFlush features modern design conveniences and flushes very quickly. It is already proving to be very popular.

Kim Shinn from Raritan Engineering says: "The PH SuperFlush has a common base mounting pattern. As such, it is very easy to install the toilet as an upgrade to an existing toilet. The bowl content on the manual toilet clears with fewer strokes. This is thanks to the state of the art pump. It is an engineering marvel with a double action piston, which makes it 66% larger than competitive models."

The toilet comes with a 1-1/2" joker valve. It is designed to help prevent backflow. As such, people have reported trouble free use. The new marine toilet is unique and one of the most competitive toilet models because it comes with a soft close seat that also has integrated stoppers. This is a soft close lid that lowers silently into place, instead of slamming. It also prevents sideways movement of the seat when the boat is rocking.

"Upgrading to the PH SuperFlush is simple, as its mounting base dimensions match the bolt hole patterns of most competitive toilet models," adds Kim Shinn. "An extendable lever-style handle makes for effortless pumping, even in longer and higher plumbing configurations. The pump and base mounting for the marine toilet are reversible to allow easy change to left-hand operation."

It features a dry flush option, and can be mounted either above or below the waterline. The P101 model has a marine size bowl and measures approximately 13" H with the lid closed, 17-3/4" W and 17-1/4" D. For model P102 with a residential-size bowl, these measurements are roughly 13-1/8" H x 18-1/4" W x 20" D.

Raritan Engineering builds its PH SuperFlush pump with engineered polymer to last. Each toilet is individually assembled and tested by hand in the USA. Famous for their dependable marine products, the company is already attracting a lot of attention for their new toilet.
