CoachVille, LLC, based in Hopatcong, NJ, are proud to announce that they have launched the Real Coaching Revolution. This community aims to bring together personal coaches to empower them to become successful at what they do. Set up by Coach Dave, one of the country's first six figure coaches, it is already proving to be a very popular initiative.
Coach Dave himself says: "You know the pop psyche definition of insanity: doing the same thing over and over while expecting a different result - this describes professional coaching. We need to throw out the model, question the core assumptions and barbecue some sacred cows."
Coach Dave points out that too many personal coaches still follow the 'Industrial Age Business Model', which has no more place in today's society. This model, which was about defining a niche, marketing to their problems, establishing credibility with content, booking free consultations, offering high priced packages, and finally, booking the coaching sessions, simply doesn't work anymore. This has been proven by the fact that only around 2% of personal coaches make it in today's world, and those 2% are using a different approach.
For Coach Dave, today's age is the 'Connected Age', and the coaching that works in that age is 'real' coaching, which means it is personal coaching. "Real coaching is a profound personal relationship catalyzed by life-changing conversations energized by the spirit of play in pursuit of world-changing results," adds Coach Dave. "It is underpinned by three core values: a sense of profound belonging, co-creating results, and expanded awareness. This is what our coaching revolution aims to achieve."
What CoachVille aims to achieve is to create, by playing together, a new relational business framework that enables every coach to create his or her own personal model needed for the coaching business to thrive purposefully and profitably. Once members, they will be invited to take part in a range of different programs and conversations.
