CoachVille, LLC, a company based in Hopatcong, New Jersey, has announced a fast track training and certification program for coaches to be held during the summer of 2016. This is a fast track training for those who want to get an International Coaching Federation certification credential of Associate Certified Coach.
Deanna Stull with CoachVille says, "It is an immersion program for those who want to dive into coaching on a fast track, or for those with liited time but deep desires to pursue human greatness. Call soon, as we are limiting spaces to just 30 coaches. For 6 weeks, you will live and breath coaching in an enviroment of profound belonging and deep purpose."
Stull states that this training is perfect for those on summer break because they often have lighter schedules. She says that the skills and knowledge learned during this summer course are things that individuals will use immediately and take with them to any personal relationship or businness environment for positive impact.
"It is a journey of intense self-development and growth, which allows the student to then lead others on the same journey," Stull says. "We believe that the course offers something that every person can use to better themselves in many profound ways."
The summer intensive course is a 60 hour training course condensed into a six week time period. Classes are set to be held Monday through Thursday and run from 2:00 p.m. until 4:00 p.m. Stull says that the classes will begin on July 11, 2016, so coaches interested in attending should sign up soon.
Programs are held via tele-conference, which allows participants to fit them into their busy or leisurely lifestyles. The program includes a focus on Basic Coaching Super Power and Play Two Win coaching methods. Classes include Play-Two-Win Method Coaching, Basic Coaching Skills, Proficiency Coaching, 1 Practicum Observation, and 3 Practicum Participations.
A mentor coaching course will be offered in the fall, beginning in September and is included in this program. Stull stresses that capacity is set at only 30 coaches and that seats are filling up fast.
