Clinic Announces Acupuncture Facial Rejuvenation In Scottsdale

Swanson, along with aesthetician Mary Koagedal, announced that they are offering an end of summer facial care procedure called dermaplaning that includes fruit enzyme masks.

She uses cherry bark, which has been found to provide all of the required mechanisms, and is safer for summer skin than using chemical peels. This is a simple procedure that has been shown to exfoliate skin to remove peach fuzz hair and impurities.

Koagedal works alongside Lisa Swanson, acupuncturist and owner of Dharma Acupuncture, and the two have noticed the positive effects of using dermaplaning along with an acupuncture facial rejuvenation technique. They state that patients have been more than satisfied with the results that they are seeing from this combination of therapies.

Swanson was recently interviewed on Fox5 in San Diego, and was asked to speak on the therapy that the clinic is providing. She stated that there are benefits to using acupuncture to rebuild collagen and reduce fine lines and wrinkles, because it brings blood and oxygen to the skin, which makes looking younger easy for patients.
