October 22, 2018 - PRESSADVANTAGE -
Lisa Swanson L.Ac., acupuncturist and owner of Dharma Acupuncture in Grass Valley CA hosts monthly community clinics to serve people in need of care.
Dharma Acupuncture's next Community Acupuncture Day is Saturday October 27th.
Held bi-monthly, acupuncturist Lisa Swanson started hosting the clinics twice a month to serve those in the Nevada County community who may find regularly priced treatments a bit out of their budget.
Inspired by the name of the business, Dharma, giving back to the community was a necessary part of completing the professional goals of owner Lisa Swanson. "Getting to serve those that would normally not be able to afford acupuncture has been a long time dream of mine. I agree that health care should be a right, not a privilege, and I am honored to be able to give back to my community."
Swanson reports that her community acupuncture dates have all booked up in advance. She informs patients, "that is it an opportunity to keep up on treatments in an affordable way and to spend a relaxing afternoon centered on health by yourself or with a friend."
Her suggested donation is $25, but never turns anyone away due to lack of funds.
Please schedule an appointment now, and do not miss this opportunity. Or call/text: 530-648-4192.
