The event begins at 11:30 a.m. at the Scenic Hills Country Club. There will be many door prizes given away and a raffle to take part in. There will also be trophies awarded to the first, second, and third-place team winners of the tournament. Lunch will be served at noon, and the tournament officially starts at 1 p.m.

While this tournament is free to attend, its purpose is to raise money for a scholarship called the Trace Penton Memorial Scholarship.
