Plumbing Company in Panama City Donates $5,000 to St. Jude Research Hospital

Panama City, Fla. – A Panama City commercial plumbing company, Mr. Rooter Plumbing, recently partnered with iHeart Media to donate $5,000 to the St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital. They are thankful for this opportunity to give back to their community and see the wonderful work that will be done through their donation.

St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital performs much research in hopes of ridding children of life-threatening diseases. According to their mission statement, the research hospital exists “to advance cures and means of prevention for pediatric catastrophic diseases through research and treatment.” Founder Danny Thomas was very specific in his vision of how St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital was to operate; years later, the hospital still operates consistently with Thomas’s vision, as per the second half of their mission statement: “no child is denied treatment based on race, religion or a family's ability to pay.”
