ERTC Gov is warning small business owners to stay away from ERTC firms that claim they are offering their services on behalf of the US government.

Established as a part of the CARES Act of 2020, the ERTC program provides credit to business owners based on qualified employee wages and health plan expenses paid after March 12, 2020, and before Oct 1st, 2021. While the government has allocated billions of dollars to help businesses in the country, it is not providing direct assistance to them when it comes to filing a claim for ERTC credits.

ERTC Gov spokesperson Mark Sullivan explains, “The government wants businesses affected by the pandemic to file for ERTC credits that, unlike tax credits, will reach the recipients directly in the form of a check or direct deposit. There are, however, no government agencies processing ERTC claims and any organization claiming so is lying. You have to go through a third party to submit the claim to the IRS. Trusting the right ERTC services provider is not only a matter of filing an accurate claim but also about potentially handing over your company’s vital financial information to those with nefarious intentions and even risking an audit.”

ERTC Gov offers clients a review of their ERTC filing from three independent CPAs. It is the only firm in the country that offers such a rigorous claims processing service. The company’s clients benefit from the experience and methodical analysis of multiple experienced tax professionals, therefore, assuring that their ERTC claims are maximized. Moreover, unlike many other firms operating in the space, ERTC Gov specializes only in the Employment Retention Tax Credit and does not offer any tertiary financial services.

“ERTC Gov, though we have “Gov” in our name, is not a government agency and we don’t make any such claims,” Mark continues, “Instead, our company is one of the most experienced and accomplished ERTC firms in the nation that can help you maximize your claim. We adhere to the highest standards in the tax-related financial services industry. We make it extremely easy for you to claim the billions of dollars the government has allotted for small businesses such as yours. Our ERTC firm’s partners have conducted a solution session about ERTC credits for the AICPA (American Institute of Certified Public Accountants), a national group for CPAs. The AICPA ERTC session sets the standard for other ERTC firms in the country.”

ERTC Gov has a simple questionnaire for clients to get started. Customers are asked to share 4 non-invasive details about their business or organization to help the company’s CPAs determine their preliminary qualification. Within 20 minutes of submitting the form, clients are provided their estimated pre-qualification tax credit.

Once the business decides to work with ERTC Gov, they are required to upload documents such as their 941 returns, PPP loan documents, and raw payroll data to ERTC Gov’s secure portal. In case clients need any help with these steps, an Account Executive will assist them in uploading the necessary details. Finally, once the claim has been processed and examined by the company’s three independent CPAs, clients will get their 941-X Amended payroll returns which can be filed with the IRS.

ERTC Gov does not charge any upfront fees from its clients to get qualified. The company’s fees are 100% contingent on the refund they process. The firm also offers audit support for its work, a service that is a testament to its competence in the field and that other ERTC firms shy away from offering. Customers who qualify can also avail of the Rapid Rebate™ option which can reduce the time required for the rebate to arrive, to just under six weeks.

As of January 2023, ERTC Gov has helped over 11,500 businesses file ERTC claims with some of its clients even receiving over a million dollars. Readers can find out more about the company’s services on its website and also check out its FAQ for accurate information about ERTC government credits.
