To meet ERTC Gov growing demands, the ERTC claims processing firm has announced that it has added two new employees to its team of experienced Client Relations process.

ERTC Gov is the only firm in the nation that offers its clients claims verification performed by three independent CPAs through our head agency. The CPAs independently confirm the accuracy of each client’s claims based on the company’s stringent standards that have set the benchmark for how ERTC claims should be processed across the nation. The company recently announced that to keep up with the increase in interest from American businesses, it had to add two new employees to its already sizeable roster of tax professionals.

“In the early days, there was a lot of confusion surrounding the ERTC claim,” says Mark Sullivan, the spokesperson for ERTC Gov. “Most American businesses opted for the PPP (Paycheck Protection Program), as advised by their CPAs or financial advisors, unaware of the opportunity presented by the ERC program. The program itself also underwent a modification that increased the value per employee and extended the time period over which the ERTC could be claimed, increasing the potential payout to $26,000 per employee in total between 2020 and 2021.”

Soon, when the full scope of the opportunity presented by the 2023 ERTC program became apparent, hundreds of fly-by-night ERTC firms popped up offering incomplete services. As an example of just how underprepared most of these firms were, they didn’t even offer to sign Form 941-X. They refused to have their CPAs attest to the claim’s details and instead had the business owner sign it, leaving the legal liability on their clients and getting them off the hook. ERTC Gov, on the other hand, stands behind the work it does and ensures each claim is signed by the firm’s CPAs.

“We also have 3 different CPA teams review each file to ensure it's correct,” says Mark. “This means we're doing a live review of the claim, not just a software review. Software-run ERTC claims are inherently smaller because they only take the revenue loss as a factor to determine how much is owed. On the other hand, here at ERTC Gov, we take into account all of the stipulations the ERTC gives in order to file a claim. Government-ordered shutdowns, supply chain issues, and more - all these affect how much a claim might be.”

As of January 2023, ERTC Gov has helped over 11,500 businesses secure the funds earmarked for them in the ERTC program. A short list of its successes is available to browse through on its website which includes a $44,960 credit for a Business Consulting Firm in Newport Beach, California, with 19 W Employees, a $162,979 credit for a Presentation Design Agency in Nashville, TN, with 19 W-2 Employees, a $1,120,000 Credit for a Restaurant Ownership Group in Florida, with 224 W-2 Employees, a $400,000 Credit for a restaurant in Houston, Texas, with 80 W-2 Employees, and many more

Getting started with ERTC Gov’s services is as simple as filling out a form that asks 4 easy questions about a business to determine preliminary qualification. Submitting the form creates a personalized portal for the client which they will have solo secure access to. The pre-qualification numbers are then available within just 20 minutes of filling in the form. Finally, to process the entire claim, the company asks clients to upload their 941 returns, PPP loan documents, and raw payroll data to the secure portal.

Mark says, “An account executive is always ready to help you if you need any help with filling out the documentation. Once our CPAs have ensured the final calculations are accurate, we send them over to you for approval and then prepare and file the 941-X Amended payrolls to the IRS. It doesn’t get any easier than this and there is no reason to not check whether you qualify.”

To get started with filling the claim for the ERC program 2023, business owners are urged to visit ERTC Gov’s website.
