Carson City, Nevada based Home and Garden America has announced the release of a new video that explains their recently launched survival seed vault. Company spokesperson Chuck Harmon states, "This video is designed for anyone who wants to learn how our survival seed vault works, and to explain why you need a survival seed vault in the first place."
Harmon states that the seed vault contains a number of seeds, enough to plant acres of fresh foods in fact, and that consumers should seriously consider a seed vault when planning for survival. He says that the video will outline what is included in the survival seed vault, and show consumers just how helpful it can be during any number of disasters.
The vault contains seeds for fruits and heirloom vegetables, and the company states that these seeds have an 85 percent germination rate. They can also be reseeded so they will provide food for a number of years after the initial planting.
"We designed this to be productive not just now when you receive it, but years in the future as well. The seeds will grow foods which will in turn, give you new seeds to plant. It's a cycle that will keep you in food for a number of years," states Harmon.
The company released the new video recently in an attempt to show consumers how the seed vault works, and to outline its various benefits such as the ammo box that the kit comes in, which is water resistant to protect seeds from moisture and contains a lock to keep seeds safe. Chuck Harmon explains that the company had to think of everything when they designed the survival seed vault, and he hopes that the video will be able to convince consumers of just why they need to consider such a product for their future.
